Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior or fail to show up at your appointment, your deposit will be kept and you will be charged the difference between your deposit and 50% of service price for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice and 100% if you fail to SHOW UP at your appointment.
A LATE FEE will be applied if you are more than 15-30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment with no communication. You may opt to reschedule, however; if you choice to wait there the late fee will be added at the end of your service.
